1) Login to V2.1

2) Go To Communicate then Create Case

3) In Subject add a Brief explanation of your Issue

4) Type detailed explanation of Issue in Content

5) Highlight a word that describes the file to attached such as UPLOADED FILE then CTRL + SHIFT + L (this will bring up the Link Options box)

6) Click Browse  then search for the file to add, this will bring up File Upload box

7) Once you have located the file on your Computer, Click on the file to highlight it then Open to attach to Link Box

8) Click upload then OK once message Upload Successful then OK in Link Box to attach file to your Highlighted Word.

9) Click Save at bottom and your Case will be sent to ITSportsNet Customer Service.
