The Georgetown Minor Hockey Association provides an opportunity for young hockey players to play at a higher level of competition if they have demonstrated the attitude, skills and desire to do so.
The GMHA operates teams at the 'AA' and 'AE' level of hockey in the Minor Novice, Novice, Minor Atom, Atom, Minor Peewee, Peewee, Minor Bantam, Bantam, Minor Midget and Midget categories.
 Halton Hurricanes AAA Tryouts
In order to tryout for a Halton Hurricanes AAA team players must first be registered with the Georgetown Minor Hockey Association (GMHA). Once registered players can request a “Permission to Skate Form” from the VP Rep Hockey, GMHA. Players will require a “Permission to Skate Form” in order to attend the Halton Hurricanes AAA tryouts as per OMHA Regulation 20.4 (b).
