Rare Method Acquires Dental Success Inc.

CALGARY, AB Dec. 23 /CNW/ – Rare Method today announced the acquisition of Dental Success Inc., a Salt Lake City, Utah-based dental marketing firm.

“Greg Sneyd, president, Dental Success has 20 plus years experience running growth companies in the North Western United States,” says Roger Jewett, president, Rare Method. “Greg will represent Rare Method in sourcing additional US-based acquisitions as well as be responsible for growing our dental marketing products business in the US.”

“Dental Success provides a broad range of marketing products and services to dentists across North America,” adds Jewett. “Dental Success and Rare Method have had a joint venture since 2001 whereby Dental Success referred US based dentists to Rare Method’s dental marketing division. With Greg on our team, we expect to significantly increase our penetration into the North American dental marketing segment.”

Subject to regulatory approval, the purchase price for Dental Success shall include the issuance of 150,000 common shares on closing and potential future share issuances of up to 321,429 common shares if certain revenue milestones are achieved over a two-year period.
