2013 Coaching Clinics

Club Introduction to Coaching
A short 1.5 hour courses hosted by the Club. Registration to the course not required.
Coaches who attend these clinics receive a free t-shirt.

Thursday May 9: For coaches working with any age group. 7pm-8:30pm, outside on the Richmond Green West turf field.

Thursday May 16: For coaches working with U8 to U10 (all are welcome), 7pm-8:30pm outside on the Richmond Green West turf field.

Thursday May 23: For coaches working with U4 to U7 (all are welcome), 7pm-8:30pm outside on the Richmond Green West turf field.



OSA LTPD Coaching Courses
A ten hour in depth certification course designed by the Ontario Soccer Association. Coaches must register with the Club.

Active Start: 4 hour course for coaches working with U4 to U6.
Dates TBD

FUNdamentals: 8 hour course for coaches working with U6 to U9 male or U6 to U8 female.
Date TBD

Annual Volunteer Appreciation Barbeque
and House League Coach Game

There are many sources of information available to give you ideas and to help youwith coaching. Remember to choose something appropriate for the age group you are working with:

Local libraries and book stores have books and DVDs with practice ideas. Specialty soccer stores have DVDs and other material which can help.
