Manual Registration

To register manually, please complete the following steps:

• Download a registration form here.

• Complete the registration form and make three additional copies of the completed form. (Any registration form submitted without the copies will not be processed and will be returned to the registrant.)

• Deliver the completed form, the copies and the required payment to your community soccer director or to Edmonton Southeast Soccer Association, 6520 Roper Road NW, Edmonton, AB, T6B 3K8. Cheques should be made payable to your community. If you have any questions regarding the registration, please contact your community soccer director.

• Late registrants will be added to teams as needed in the order the forms are received by the administrator. Although preferences will be examined, late registrants will be placed on teams with the least number of players in the registrant's age/gender category at the time the completed forms are received by the administrator—not at the time that a parent may discuss his or her child's scenario with the administrator.
