Registration Refund Information

ST. ALBERT SOCCER ASSOCIATION REFUND POLICY:

 


i)  To receive a refund from the Association, the player/parent must fill out the refund request, which states the reason(s) for the refund. 

ii)  Refunds requested prior to March 10 for Outdoor and September 25 for Indoor will be subject to a $10.00 Admin fee deducted from the total fee paid.  

ii)  Refunds requested after March 10/September 25 will be subject to a $25.00 Admin fee deducted from the total fee paid.  

iii) No refunds AFTER May 15th (Outdoor season) and October 30th (Indoor season) unless accompanied by a doctor's note.

 


If you are requiring a refund, please fill out the refund form below and either fax (780-458-8994) or email (exdir@stalbertsoccer.com) it to the SASA office.  Any forms received after the deadline will not be processed without a doctor's note.
