2012 Pre-Season Orientations (Coach Training) for SASA Coaches:
Each season (Outdoor and Indoor), SASA staff put on a Pre-Season orientation for all returning and new coaches in our child and youth Community programs.
The orientation takes approximately one hour and includes a portion dedicated to the administration of a team, i.e. rules and guidelines, game sheets, picking up uniforms, etc.
The balance of the orientation is hosted by Graham Wood, our Head Coach, who will facilitate a skills and drills session, providing tips and ideas for the entire season.
Coaches will also receive a customized age specific training booklet that provides coaching tips and full color layouts of that evening's demonstrations, plus additional practice ideas to help you through the season.
Outdoor 2012 Pre-Season Coach Orientations take place mid April:
April 18, 19 or 20 TBA -- U14-U18
April 18, 19 or 20 TBA -- U4-U8
April 18, 19 or 20 TBA -- U10, U12
