2010 CSHL RPI Rankings Version 3-FINAL
1 If a coach is not happy with his placement, he should talk to his program head about filing a petition.      
2 The deadline for filing a petition is very tight, Monday night 8pm, so do not delay.              
3 The level breakdowns are done by computer to minimize the aggregate spread between

Because the Squirt B level usually consists of relative beginners to travel hockey, and to minimize travel, the board is recommending to the heads of programs that the 12 teams in Squirt B1 and B2 be joined in one B level, split into 2 by geography into B-East and B-West, each with 6 teams (with a 10 game regular season).  A B-East level banner and a B-West level banner would be awarded and the playoffs consist of 6 teams with the top team in East and West getting a bye in the first round.  A Playoff Winner Banner would also be awarded.  The heads of programs will vote on the board's suggestion Wednesday, October 27.  If it is not adopted, the B1 and B2 levels would each be 6 teams, with B1 consisting of teams 30-35, inclusive and B2 consisting of teams 36-41.
