| Note: Because of various factors, including the petitions filed, the appropriate number of games, the talent breaks between levels and coaches and head of program suggestions,
the board reviewed a 5 level mite division and compared it to the 6 level division shown in RPI-V2 and -V3. Our analysis showed a 5 level division divided the teams up more fairly and was a better fit for the mites. It also happened to effectively grant all 4 mite petitions.
